Le show commence avec Teddy Long sur le ring qui nous dit qu'il souhaite un bon rétablissement à Mr Mcmahon. Il demande au public d'accueillir le nouveau membre de la ECW: Matt Hardy.

Match 1: Matt Hardy et CM Punk battent The Miz et John Morrison grâce à une intervention de Hornswoggle.

Match 2: Kofi Kingston bat Shelton Benjamin dans un ECW Extreme Rules Match.

Match 3: Mike Knox bat Evan Bourne.

Main Event: Mark Henry bat Kane et obtient un match de championnat à Night Of Champions.

Ce sera donc un triple threat match pour le titre de la ECW à Night Of Champions.
